Bath Bomb Workshop presented by Botanical Bubbles

Highland Orchards is excited to host a Bath Bomb Workshop presented by Botanical Bubbles! This workshop will be held on June 11th from 6-8pm.

Come take this wonderfully fragrant class to learn the step by step process of making the perfect bath bomb. The workshop will give you tips on how to make high quality products while also giving you the recipe to make the same bath bombs that are sold by Botanical Bubbles. You can choose from a variety of essential or fragrance oils and herbal inclusions to make your bath bombs unique. Each student goes home with 5-6 hand-made bath bombs, safety instructions and recipes. Kid friendly but may need adult help.

"Botanical Bubbles began in an effort to find a cause and a cure for my son's very dry skin. In my research, she discovered that the "soap" from the local stores was actually detergent. Detergents are normally derived from petroleum and can actually break down the protective layer of the skin. This can lead to dry, cracked and painful skin.

We tried hand-made soap and it made a huge difference for his skin. I began experimenting with making soap myself from scratch, and was hooked! I continually spend time learning about herbs, base oils, fruit butters and essential oils and then concoct formulas for soaps, lotions, salves and more to use them to their best advantage. I am passionate about growing the plants that I use, or purchasing from local, environmentally friendly farmers. I like to try new things and am always open to your suggestions.
