Educational Orchard Tour

Our Orchard Educational Tour is fully guided by our knowledgeable team and includes pre- and post-tour lesson plans for teachers and will focus on how apples are grown, picked, and pressed into apple cider.

• Wednesday through Fridays in August & September
• $12.99 students
• $12.99 chaperones
• Teachers admitted free
• $5.00 Aides required for students with disabilities
• Homeschool groups: 1 parent will be admitted free with every 5 children
• Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Tour Details
• Discuss how apples grow
• Visit the Bee Barn observation hive
• Learn about cider pressing
• Sample different apple varieties
• Go on a hayride through the orchard
• Receive a Kuipers bookmark
• Take home a donut, an apple, and sample of apple cider
• Children may not pick apples from trees while touring through Orchard
